FBO RIGA made its “take off” in December, 2009, as a joint venture founded by well-known in business aviation segment for more than 15 years companies - Flight Consulting Group (FCG) Ltd and Baltic Business Aviation Center (BBAC) Ltd.

FBO RIGA is owned by two private persons Romans Starkovs and Leonids Gorodnitskis.
